Hello, my name is Nim Shapira. I’m a creative director and a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of storytelling, innovative technology, and commercial entertainment.
My work spans a spectrum of the moving image, from traditional linear filmmaking to virtual-reality experiences. I creative directed award-winning campaigns for Coca-Cola, Nike, S&P Global, Walmart, NBC Universal, 7-Eleven, ORACLE, Nespresso, Ikea, and PETA; Featuring LeBron James, Wiz Khalifa, Nicki Minaj, Moby, Carly Rae Jepsen, and more.
I was a 2021/2022 research fellow at the MIT Open Documentary Lab , a 2020 alumni of NEWINC (the first museum-led incubator by NEWMUSEUM) and a graduate of La Biennale Di Venezia’s College Cinema for VR .
