Our mission is to provide support to local people in acute financial need. We are a registered charity providing people who live in Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire who are experiencing financial difficulties with no-interest loans, and in exceptional circumstances grants, to pay for essential items and services, purchased wherever possible from local suppliers.
NILS covers Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire and can provide grant-based assistance to those in real need, as well as zero-interest loans for those who need a helping hand. We fund items from household essentials to laptop computers to access education and training, and tools and equipment to help people back into employment.
