My work swells with emotional arcs and leans into the lyrics, using narrative beats to advance my distinct point of view about a song’s layers of meaning. Growing up in Ohio, I spent my childhood doing theater and dreaming up stories to my favorite tracks, but it wasn’t until leaving the acting program for video production at Ohio University that I discovered my passion for directing. My theater background gives me a knack for finding moments that connect and an ability to improvise and collaborate freely.
