She has reported on abortion rights in Sierra Leone, institutional racism at Doctors Without Borders , and the aftermath of the 2022 Bronx fire disaster.
She is a 2018 FRIDA Young Feminist Fund fellow , a 2021 Radio Workshop fellow , and a 2022 Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting fellow . She currently serves on the Global Advisory Committee of FRIDA.
