Since beginning my practice in 1998, I have developed a varied, holistic approach to my work. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I use a variety of methods including EMDR, meditation and guided visualization, Reiki, intuitive guidance, and mind/body work to help you find your path to psychological, emotional and spiritual health. I believe inside of you lies the answer, and my job is to help you get in touch with your own natural healing abilities.
