I own and reserve all copyrights and other rights to the artwork, including the right to display the artwork in advertising materials as examples of my work. You agree that, to the extent you submit ideas, suggestions or contributions in connection with any artwork that you order or request from me that become part of the final artwork delivered to you, the rights to such ideas and contributions are and shall be the pr

Subject to my acceptance of your Order or my selection of you as a recipient of a Gratitude Giveaway, as the case may be, I grant you a one-time, personal, non-transferrable, non-exclusive license to use the artwork. With respect to tattoos of one file, my license is limited to one-time use by one person. You may not sell, alter, or publish the artwork. You must obtain prior written permission from me for any use of the artwork other than that originally intended.
