Welcome to the New England Council of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry's website (NECCAP). The NECCAP is the oldest regional arm of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) with over 400 members. The NECCAP was formed in 1962 with a mandate to foster and promote by all proper and legitimate agencies and means, study, research, clinical application of and education in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and child and adolescent development; to publish and distribute articles, peri
