Our membership year coincides with the calendar year. Existing members can start renewing your membership on or after January 1 of each year by logging into your Personal Information Page .
New and renewing members must be members by November 1 to be listed in, and be mailed the annual Catalog/Directory for that year.
New members joining after September 1 of each year enjoy free bonus months until the end of the year and the new membership payment covers the following year. For example, if you join after September 1, 2020 and pay your new membership fee online, your payment will cover the remaining months of 2020 and the entire year of 2021. You need to renew your membership only after January 1, 2022.
