Description: NCI-AD is a collaboration of Human Services Research Institute (HSRI), National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities (NASUAD), and participating states. The project is a voluntary data collection effort by State Medicaid, aging, and disability agencies to measure and track their own performance, as well as being able to benchmark against other states' performance.
