The North Carolina Dental Society Foundation is committed to serving children and adults from underserved households through education, prevention and free-clinic settings. Through financial contributions and volunteerism, we work to improve oral health for North Carolinians.
We help North Carolinians in need – including children, veterans and adults. Some have never been to a dentist. From prevention and education to treatment, the Foundation focuses on individuals in dire need. More than 35% of children enter kindergarten with some tooth decay, and 21% of seniors statewide have lost all their teeth. We put smiles back on the faces of our neighbors.
