Welcome to National Toastmasters Club webpage. We are a public speaking club in Sydney CBD with a long and distinguished history since 1979. The club is part of Toastmasters International, a non-profit world wide educational organisation with a mission to improve public speaking and leadership skills of its members. As of 2019, Toastmasters International has approximately 358,000 members in over 16,800 clubs, in 143 countries.
National Toastmasters Club meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Our Club meets at the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel on level 1, at 169 Castlereagh Street. However, during periods of mandated lockdown we meet via Zoom only. Meetings start at 6.15pm sharp and normally finish around 8:30pm. First time visitors should contact the Club's local Executives to ascertain on-line meeting details.
Our club welcomes anyone who is interested in improving their public speaking/communication and/or leadership skills. Each club meeting is fun and entertaining as well as educational.
