Tree health has many variables in play and it is difficult for us to make a tree replacement guarantee. Our standard is to deliver you a high quality healthy and living tree, no exceptions. During the late fall and winter months, trees will arrive dormant\u2014 they not have any leaves. As springtime arrives, it\u2019s crucial that you monitor your tree for signs of leaf budding. If you find that it is getting late in spring and your tree is not leafing out, please let us know immediately.
How Tree Replacement Works - If your tree dies after arrival, please contact us by sending us an email at [email protected] and send the following:
1) Picture of the base of the trunk, 2) picture of the entire tree standing back from it 3) pictures of the end of the stems 4) Any other peculiar thing about the tree that you may notice 5) Information about how often you watered the tree 6) Any other activity that occurred around the tree such as lawn treatments
