The North American Refractories Company Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust (the “NARCO Asbestos Trust”) was established on April 30, 2013, pursuant to the Third Amended Plan of Reorganization of North American Refractories Company, et al., dated December 28, 2005 (the “Plan”).
