I am an Assistant Professor in the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. I received a joint Ph.D. in Public Policy and Political Science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, where I specialized in quantitative research methods. I have worked as a data scientist both as a freelance consultant and for organizations such as the Institute for Quantitative Social Science at Harvard University and Eli Lily Corporation.
My research interests include education policy, policy diffusion, and computational social science. I specialize in data science, randomized experiments, cost-benefit analysis, program evaluation, and econometrics.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, weightlifting, and road cycling.
