Center for Assistance to Families (CAF) was founded in 2006 in Lawrence, Massachusetts to provide distressed homeowners with housing counseling services for foreclosure prevention. In 2009, CAF expanded to Prince George’s County in the state of Maryland and in 2017 expanded to Falls Church, Virginia, now reaching the entire Washington Metropolitan area. See more
