SEVERE WEATHER ALERT #1 The National Weather Service has posted wind chill warnings for the northern two-thirds of Indiana, saying wind chills associated with "historic cold weather" could drop as low as 30 to 40 below zero from Tuesday night through Thursday afternoo.
