Marco Munderloh achieved his Dipl.-Ing. degree in computer engineering with an emphasis on multimedia information and communication systems from the Technical University of Ilmenau , Thüringen, in 2004. His diploma thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology dealt with holographic sound reproduction, so called wave field synthesis (WFS) where he helds a patent.
