I’m excited to be participating in “The Big Flip: The Art of Skateboarding” at the Contemporary Art Museum in Plainview, TX, next month with Lori D , Don P , and Jared Steffensen . I’ll be showing five paintings from “ It Will All Happen Again ” along with two new sculptural pieces. Hope your 2018 is off to a start, at the very least.
In 2004, I designed my first Featured Artist shirt for Volcom. Last month, the graphic was reissued in celebration of The Volcom Garden’s grand opening in Austin, TX. In other big news: I’ve recently been hired as Volcom’s Global Art Curator, and part of those duties include curating art shows at the new space.
