Maryland Refractories Company has produced high quality refractory grogs since 1957. We use mostly virgin or extra-clean used firebrick batts as our raw material. Processing rejects to make grog is our only business. Quality is excellent. Consistency is our constant goal.
Standard packaging includes 2000# to 3000# bulk bags and 50# multiwall paper bags. Pallets can be shrink-wrapped or stretch wrapped. Bags can be spot-glued. Bulk dump truck shipments are also available.
Our process consists of crushing, drying, grinding, screening, magnetic separation, blending and bagging. We specialize in closely sized, double-screened products. We are small enough to be flexible to our customers needs. Service is our forte.
