Myeloproliferative Neoplasms, (MPNs), are rare types of Blood Cancer, (WHO 2008)
A condition in which the blood is deficient in quantity or quality of erythrocytes, (Red Blood Cells). Anaemia is usually associated with reduced levels of haemoglobin in the blood. Haemoglobin usually transports and distributes oxygen to all body tissues.
