Een Generatieve Organisatie is een vruchtbare bodem voor autonoom initiatief, samenwerking, innovatie en experiment. Daardoor kunnen stakeholders van en in de organisatie snel schakelen om hun gedeelde ambitie te blijven najagen ook als de context plots en onverwachts verandert en zeer complexe en ongekende uitdagingen zich aandienen. Dan heeft niemand ‘het’ antwoord, moet het zonder orders, zonder ‘proven solutions’ en wel meteen.
