Our focus is on empowering ourselves to make truly informed decisions around feeding our babies. We guide each other through prioritizing the holistic health of ourselves and our babies, amidst tremendous societal constraints. We aim to ease the anxiety and guilt that our culture has burdened us with so that we can find true joy in our feeding journeys.
Popular approaches to infant sleep unethically expect babies to conform to our culture of convenience and independence, rather than supporting parents in creating an environment that protects both our baby’s and our own needs. We explore ideas that align with biology, to help ourselves create healthy rhythms, manage expectations, and get rest.
