Saturday’s – 9 am sharp. We meet at a different staircase in San Francisco every other Saturday.
These workouts include core and stretching exercises as well as interval stair-climbing. Participants are encouraged to climb at their own pace but will be urged to push themselves. Walkers as well as runners are welcome. Contact [email protected] for schedule and locations – classes are $25 per session.
