The Minnesota Insurance and Financial Services Council (MIFSC) advocates on behalf of Minnesota’s life insurance and financial services industry, an industry dedicated to protecting the financial security of Minnesotans through the sale of life, disability, and longterm care insurance, annuities, retirement plans and other health and financial products.
MIFSC is dedicated to promoting a positive regulatory and political climate in which it’s members may responsibly serve the needs of Minnesota consumers as well as grow and prosper in a highly competitive, global insurance market.
MIFSC members also invest over $95 billion in Minnesota’s economy through a large number of high-paying jobs, revenue from taxes, stocks and bonds that finance business development, investments in municipal bonds, real estate, and mortgage loans.
