Description: Ventura County's MLK Day celebration will be held in-person on Monday, 1/15/24 at 9AM in Oxnard, CA. The morning will begin with a "Freedom March" from Plaza Park to the Oxnard Performing Arts Center (OPAC) at 8AM. The Observance program begins at 9AM.
