MizMal is Wild Atlantic Cycling's end-to-end of Ireland from Mizen Head in the south-west to Malin Head in the north.

You could think of MizMal as the Irish equivalent of Britain’s Land's End to John O’Groats (LEJOG), but with rugged coastline, Irish music, unique landscapes and lively pubs. It is sometimes know as 'Malin to Mizen' or 'Mizen to Malin'. There is no set route, but it is completed by hundreds of people each year. The route is most commonly completed by cyclists in around 5–6 days, with some INCREDIBLE exceptions:
