At the MHI, our mission is to strengthen the military health activities of UT Health San Antonio to improve the lives of our military service members, veterans, and their families. Military health is in our DNA.
Supporting UT Health San Antonio and UT System faculty in building relationships within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), as well as research proposal development.
Fostering a military health community between our University and the DoD/VA, as well as sponsoring several student interest groups, giving lectures, and holding information sessions.
