Midwest Integrative Health, LLC is owned and operated by Family Nurse Practitioner, Jessica Thorman. Jess has lived in the Macomb area for several years. She graduated from Spoon River College with her Associate Degree in Nursing and eventually went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
We now have a physical home for our in office visits. We are located at 222 South Randolph in Macomb, Illinois . We will continue to offer Telehealth services for ease of access as well as to accommodate busy schedules to those near or far, as well as home visits to the Macomb and surrounding area. Please connect with us to see if your area is covered by our services. A travel fee could be imposed for travel greater than 30 miles from Macomb, IL.
At this time, Midwest Integrative Health, LLC does not accept insurance. We do accept cash, HSA, FSA (flexible spending account), Master Card, Visa, and Venmo.
