Entries into a tournament are considered final upon purchase and are usually not subject to refunds. In the event that a tournament is canceled or rescheduled after purchase, a refund can be requested.
Customers can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned within the specified time frame and must be deemed to have been unused upon inspection. If if the item passes inspection, a refund will be made to the PayPal account that initiated the purchase.
