Researcher in statistical genetics and phylogenetics
I develop statistical methods and software to answer questions about epidemiology and evolution. In September 2020 I joined the University of Warwick as a research fellow in the Health Protection Research Unit in Genomics and Enabling Data . I also hold an honourary position with UKHSA as an independent scientific advisor on the NHS COVID-19 app .
