Tickets, Services & Workshops (Bookings)
Bookings are non-refundable and will become void if re-sold. Subject to availability we are sometimes able to exchange a booking for another performance, service or workshop of the same value. If an event has sold out we are happy to try and re-sell your booking. Please note that we cannot guarantee the re-sale. If they are re-sold, you will be refunded via the original payment method. Cash refunds will be held at Company Office for collection.
Bookings cannot be refunded unless a performance, service or workshop is cancelled. In the event of a cancelation, patrons will first be offered the opportunity to exchange for another performance, service or workshop; if there are no alternatives or if the patron is not able to attend an alternative the full purchase cost will be refunded.
