S tuart Altschuler has been a practicing psychotherapist since graduating from Long Island University with his Master’s Degree in Counseling in 1974. In February, 1975, he moved to Florida and worked as a psychotherapist in community agencies and eventually opened his first Private Practice. He became licensed in Florida as soon as licensure was instituted, in 1982 (License #MH216). Upon moving to California in July 1986, he passed the state license exam and was immediately licensed.
Stuart has a holistic approach that integrates the emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of the individual.

I continue to work in private practice in my new location and accepting new clients.
