METALIDADS is a support network & friendship group for ‘rock heavy metal’ loving fathers mainly based in Barry, Penarth and Cardiff in South Wales, however we aim to be a Pan-Wales organisation over the next few years.
We exist as a support bubble for dads of all ages, stages and experiences to quash the illusion of masculinity that hinders many dads during their parental journey and to get dads talking about their well-being and other topics under the umbrella of mental health and self-care.
