Roman Menyhart was born in the 70s in then socialist Slovak Republic. His studies and travels took him several times to the United States, then to Japan and finally to Austria, where he finished his Master's degree and settled. He received his artistic foundations from Prof. Stolz at the University of Illinois and painting with his good friend Anatoly Burykin who played a significant role in his later development.
