The Mend Your Heart Foundation exists to serve the needs of mourning families who have endured the loss of a precious baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death. We have dedicated the Mend Your Heart Foundation to the memory of Caleb Micah Proctor.
Anytime a family endures the loss of precious baby, it's difficult to know what to do next, let alone know where to turn for help. At Mend Your Heart Foundation, we realize that we will never be able to remove the pain these families feel. Our goal is to bless each family with the love and support they desperately need as they navigate through this difficult journey and find hope on the other side.
