Mendip Camp is an ideal location for families and groups of all ages to come and experience the splendour of Somerset.
We have enough space for both caravans and tents to be located on site without the feeling of being overcrowded. It is perfectly located for walking, mountain biking and climbing holidays as well as Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Scout, Guide Groups and Cadet groups. Should you wish to explore the surrounding area on foot there is ideal walking straight from the camp in the neighbouring Rowberrow Forest with access to Blackdown, where you will experience beautiful views of the Severn estuary and the Welsh mount
