This essay(?) is my attempt to capture the day to day and year to year experience of bipolar disorder and psychosis. Interspersed are poems I’ve written over the course of probably 5 years that are all vaguely about different parts of my experience with the disease. My experiences are my own and I do not claim to know what any other person experiences. I can’t promise this will be relatable or entertaining but it is my experience.
