Dr. Garza’s career has taken her from Los Angeles to Chicago to New York, where she has written and edited for a variety of media outlets. These include the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, and Bloomberg LP. She’s also worked as a reporter at The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and in London at McKinsey & Co., where she was an editor for the McKinsey Quarterly.
Dr. Garza’s professional interests have centered around media history, business journalism, and Latino culture and immigration. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active with golf, yoga, and gourmet cooking.
