Do you remember my anxiety attack in Chapter 4 and how this book helped get me in the right headspace to welcome Chris home again? Well, it worked pretty damn well! The morning before his arrival, I made two batches of cookies, cleaned the kitchen, and placed his shaving cream and clippers in the bathroom.
