Description: Med City Marathon, May 18-19, 2024, presented by ActivePT, is an annual race weekend hosted in Rochester, MN.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Tracking mats are set beginning at the 10K split (6.2 miles. This is close to where the 1st relay exchange zone is, so relay runner 2 should not rely on this). From there, racer pace will be tracked throughout the course. For mile 20, this will begin at the “13 mile mark” which is closer to mile 7 for you. From there, 20 milers will be accurately tracked throughout the remainder of the course through the finish.
The 27th Annual Med City Marathon is back in 2023! After a crazy couple years, we are back to a normal race calendar and working to make the Rochester community come alive with the annual Med City Marathon, presented by Active PT ! One of the Midwest’s premier race event weekends.
Weekend events include: Boston Qualifier/USATF certified Marathon, Marathon Relay (2 or 4 person teams), Gillette Pepsi Rochester Half Marathon, Altra 5K, Kids Race, and the Med City Health & Wellness Expo.
