Middlesex County Volunteer Rescue Squad (MCVRS). MCVRS has been serving the residents of Middlesex County since it was established in 1956. We answer over 1600 calls a year for medical emergencies and assistance in Middlesex county and Mutual Aid to surrounding counties. We are able to handle this call volume thanks to our dedicated volunteer members, and to the financial support from our local community.
