Dr. Brian J. McHugh is a board-certified neurosurgeon on Long Island , New York. He has served as the Section Chief of Neurosurgery at INOVA Alexandria Hospital in Washington, DC, and he was previously an Associate Professor at the VCU School of Medicine.
