We are proud to announce that the review and evaluation of the over 137,000 claims submitted for the MB BlueTEC Settlement has been completed. As the Court appointed Administrator, we have reviewed each claim to ensure that it complied with the requirements outlined in the Settlement Agreement. At this point, the administration of the claims review process is complete, and we will NOT be accepting any further documentation, revisions, or updates. All determinations and statuses of claims are final.
All Deadlines for this Administration have Expired. The Claim Filing Deadline for Former Owners/Lessees was July 12, 2021. The Claim Filing Deadline for Current Owners/Lessees was October 1, 2022.
