Since 1919 we've been dedicated to producing great tasting premium ice cream using natural ingredients from local Wisconsin farms. We produce ice cream using liberal amounts of natural * cream and natural milk. The cheese, milk, cottage cheese and sour cream that we distribute uses fresh, straight off the farm milk, that is either natural or organic.
* The family farmers who supply our milk and cream and pledge not to treat their cows with recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH). The FDA has said no significant difference has been shown and no test can now distinguish between milk from rBGH treated and untreated cows. Not all of our suppliers can promise the milk they use comes from untreated cows.
