I am a consultant based in Leeds, UK. I am founder and Head of Consulting at Conflux , where we help organisations to design and optimise their teams for effective software delivery using Team Topologies (I am the co-author of Team Topologies). I also specialise in applying Continuous Delivery and operability techniques for software in manufacturing, ecommerce, and online services, including cloud, IoT, and embedded software.
Before founding Conflux , I co-founded pioneering DevOps consultancy Skelton Thatcher Consulting together with Rob Thatcher where, between 2013 and 2017, we led industry thinking around software operability and DevOps topologies in particular.
