Walking on Sunshine
Some photos from Boston’s South End and Back Bay that focus on the poetic urban tapestry. Starting with the above photo of the Mid-Century South End Firehouse (not to be confused with Walking on Sunshine ( Eddy Grant or Katrina )). The long shadows from the late afternoon, low winter sun create a little bit of magic (this photo was also processed in black and white for a different look and mood).
From the South End, I walked to the Back Bay and shot this photo of this artistic (in a zen way) flower arrangement in a window display at One Dalton . The patterns and colors of the window reflections really help to create an interesting image.
