The Ship Repair Career Pre-Hire Training Program is designed to help YOU, our future workforce, get a head start on a career in the ship repair industry.
YOU will be trained from ship repair companies who have partnered with local community colleges to offer training that will lead directly to employment in a trade field. These careers are in high-demand fields and offer solid opportunities to be promoted into expert level positions. If you accept a job with an employer partner and complete their new employee terms, you will be reimbursed for your tuition!
