This is my all time favorite Summertime sandwich. Yes, even over our BLT. This is more balanced with the turkey, cheese and special sauce in addition to the Berkshire bacon, lettuce and tomato. We also build this on our hearty, thick cut sourdough bread to hold it all together. I sometimes have to schmush it a bit to be able to eat it, but man oh man!
