Description: As a teacher I seek to connect with my students, to meet them where they are and to share my knowledge of yoga in a way that speaks to them. I teach an alignment conscious, breath-led, intelligent flow with a light-hearted touch. I’d like to instill a spirit of inquisitiveness and provide a safe space for my students to explore and challenge themselves both on a physical as well as mental/emotional/spiritual level.
