Maitrikara follows the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition which includes the Hinayana, Mahayana and Vajrayana paths. Our group is based in Brighton, England, and is affiliated to the "Centre d'Etudes de Chanteloube" in France. We run study and practice groups and seminars throughout the year providing a resource for those wishing to start out on the Buddhist path or deepen their own practice.
